The link isn't the reason they give.
You are.

People give to people.

You've gotten that text.

That's it.

No story.

No context.

Maybe you're not even sure it's real.

This
doesn't.

Hey Bo — Cooper wanted to tell you himself what the team is raising money for this year.
“Hey Uncle Bo…”

You know who sent it before you open the link.

You see who's asking.

You hear why.

Fundraising shouldn't feel like spam.

One idea. A lot of fundraisers.

People give to people everywhere.

The person asking changes.
The principle doesn't.

01
Schools

A student tells the people who care about them why the program needs their help.

02
Clubs & Youth Sports

A player makes the ask. A parent controls the phone. The family manages it all in one place.

03
Churches & Missions

Someone going to serve tells people where they're going and why it matters.

04
Causes & Events

A supporter leaves your gala excited about the mission and brings that story to five people who weren't in the room.

Four things.

Ask. Give. Thank. Show.

Ask

Tell the story.

Then send the ask yourself, from your own phone.

Give

Make helping easy.

They tap. They watch. They give.

Thank

They gave.
Thank them.

Say thank you. Personally.

Show

Let them see what happened.

The people who helped should get to see that too.

When young people are involved

The parent holds the phone.

The young person can tell the story.

The adult owns the account.

The adult chooses who receives the message.

The adult sends it.

Village is designed without student accounts, public student profiles, a public feed, or a student-to-adult messaging channel. Organizers retain oversight of campaign video content.

6% + transaction fees

That's the whole sentence.

No call with a rep to find out. No rate that climbs if participation is low. No "tip" quietly added to your donors' gifts.

The money lands in your organization's own Stripe account — we never hold it. And your treasurer can trace every dollar back to a name, from our reports or straight out of Stripe.

Why we built it

This started with
one bad text.

The text said it came from my nephew.
The number wasn't his.

There was no video.
No explanation of what they were raising money for.
I wasn't even sure it was real.

So I called my sister.
She didn't really know where the money was going either.

I gave anyway.

And afterward?
Nothing meaningful.

I've spent more than 27 years in professional fundraising.

That experience was the opposite of what good fundraising is supposed to feel like.

Then I learned it wasn't an exception.
It was normal.

What if we just made it better?
